(1)LAND:3,307.84square meters, equivalent to 1,000.6216 p'ing.

8.Terms of delivery or payment (including payment period and monetary
amount):
(1)A.This project should be resolved by both companies’ board
meetings, and then an official contract should be signed by
both parties.
B.Upon signing the purchase agreement, FEMF will pay FERD by cash
amount of NT$ 134,498,552
FEMF will pay FERD NT$ 224,164,254 within seven days after FERD
receives the tax bill for land value increment tax.
FEMF will pay FERD NT$ 89,665,702 within seven days after the
registration of ownership transfer.
C.FERD will register the land ownership transfer after receiving
the tax bill and paying the land value increment tax.
