1.Name and nature of the subject matter (e.g.land located at Sublot XX, Lot XX, North District, Taichung City): 11 pieces of raw land, lot No. 1061, 1076, 1077, 1078-3, 1079-10, 1080, 1085-1, 1099-3, 1066-6, 1070-4, 1071 located at Bade City, Taoyuan County and 1 piece of raw land, lot No.1811 located at Chungli City, Taoyuan County. 2.Date of the occurrence of the event:2011/06/13 3.Transaction volume (e.g.XX square meters, equivalent to XX p'ing), unit price, total transaction price: (1)LAND:8,276.38 square meters, equivalent to 2,503.60495 p'ing.
