activities and better award those higher qualitative people from the
related fields while to carry on the founding spirit of FENC(the Company),
the Foundation plans to purchase 12 pieces of raw land aforesaid to
initiate the development project of “The Memorial Hall of Mr. Y. Z. Hsu”.

(1)a.This transaction should be resolved by board meetings of both
parties,and then an official purchase and sales contract will
be signed by both parties on the date predetermined by both parties
to conclude the transaction.
b.Payment period on land sales:
(1)the Foundation will pay FERD NT$ 216,000,000 within seven days
after the signing of the contract and receiving the first invoice
for the payment issued by FERD.
(2)the Foundation will pay FERD the remaining of NT$ 114,473,026
within seven days after the registration of land ownership
transfer and receiving the second invoice issued by FERD.

of scientific activities and better award those higher qualitative people
from the related fields while to carry on the founding spirit of the
Company.
