the actual and estimated investments or the change of the property market takes place.

such as Lot No. 980-3, 981-4, 981-5, 982, 990-2, 991-2, 994-2 & 1007-5.
(7)Jointly developed land size: 5,130 square meters, equivalent to 1,551.825 pings.
