| FENC | FENC had an active presence in community activities in 2020. To name a few, Hsinpu Chemical Fiber Plant attended the lantern festival celebration in Hsinpu during the lunar New Year. Hukou Mill participated in the year-end non-profit event in Hsinchu County. FEAZ has been supporting Suzhou Wuzhong District Social Welfare Institute for years, and in 2020, the plant donated face masks to help the institute fight the COVID-19 pandemic. | FEDS | Under the idea of “connecting love”, FEDS has been calling on employees of each store to spontaneously form volunteer teams to actively participate in social welfare activities such as providing support for the disadvantaged, spending time with children, visiting the elderly, caring for the disabled, and protecting the environment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the number of FEDS’s employee volunteer events was fewer than in previous years. Each store held 29 volunteer activities. The total number of employees that participated was 325. However, the total number of volunteering hours was 970, which was an increase of 78% compared to the previous year. | 970 |
| FE SOGO | In order to encourage colleagues to continue the spirit of service, give full play to humanistic care, and promote personal growth, FE SOGO allows each person to apply for 10 hours of ""paid volunteer leave"" every year. In 2020, colleagues applied for a total of 132.5 hours of volunteer leave. In addition, FE SOGO plans public welfare activities in the form of project activities. In addition, many volunteer activities are combined with marketing activities or operations, so that colleagues can do public welfare activities at work. In view of the low number of volunteer leave hours, and the feedback from colleagues in the opinion survey, most people use their vacation time to do volunteer work, and do not deliberately take volunteer leave on normal work days. The current volunteer leave system is relatively difficult to obtain the actual reward effect. Therefore, at the beginning of 2021, the FE SOGO CSR Executive Team revised the volunteer leave system with reference to the practices of benchmarking companies in the industry, and changed it to a dual track of volunteer leave + public welfare leave; if colleagues do volunteer work on their own vacation days, they can apply for public welfare leave to cover the time off and make up for it when needed. | ACC | Supporting the education for aboriginal youth: since 2015 Asia Cement continuously provides the free-of-charge learning assistance class to aboriginal students, which serves as a safe home for the students after school time. Other than providing subsidy, three employees of Asia Cement Hualien Plant are voluntarily to become volunteers after work, during the daily class time they assist teachers to facilitate the learning of students. Currently four community after-school facilitation classes have been established both in Low-Fushi village and Mid-Fushi village, a total of 181 students are assisted for their learning. Integrated Community Development: Asia Cement Hualien Plant took the responsibility of #2617 windbreak forest with the size of 43 hectares located in Shuin An village, Hsinchen Township of Hualien County. The employees of Asia Cement maintained the windbreak forest for 11 times and cleaned the beach for 15 times. |

| BigCity Shopping Center | Taking advantage of the diverse characteristics of shopping malls, BigCity plans a unique experience camp for volunteers in the service industry, and invites students of St. Teresa Children Center to experience the value of service work during the winter and summer vacations. Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, only the summer volunteer internship experience camp was held to provide internship opportunities for 8 students. In the past 4 years, a total of 54 students have been intern, and the cumulative number of internship hours is 1,220 hours. Colleagues act as guides to help students develop the courage to face difficulties and solve problems, and become the confidence and nutrients for future self-reliance. In addition, BigCity also exerts the spirit of environmental protection.
