亞東醫院也正面臨轉型的重要時刻,不過,所謂的轉型,並不單指組織的變化,而是整個思想邏輯的改變。誠如IBM前執行長路‧葛斯納(Lou Gerstner)所言,「我不想用『組織再造』這樣的字眼,對我來說,『組織再造』只是重組及搬動盒子。『企業轉型』的意思是,真正從本質上改變組織的思考、回應與領導的方式;箇中的意涵遠勝於玩弄那些盒子。」(I don't want to use the word reorganization. Reorganization to me is shuffling boxes, moving boxes around. Transformation means that you're really fundamentally changing the way the organization thinks, the way it responds, and the way it leads.
