(1)a.This transaction should be resolved by board meetings of both
parties,and then an official purchase and sales contract will be signed
by both parties on the date predetermined by both parties to conclude the
transaction.
b.Payment period on land sales:
(1)FERD will pay FEAM NT$ 27,813,000, 10% of the sales price, within
seven days after the signing of the contract and receiving the first
invoice for the payment issued by FEAM.
(2)FERD will pay FEAM NT$ 55,626,000, 20% of the sales price, within
seven days after receiving the tax bill for incremental land value
and the second invoice issued by FEAM.
(3)FERD will pay FEAM NT$ 194,692,000, 70% of the sales price, within
seven days after the registration of land ownership transfer and
the third invoice issued by FEAM.
