1.Date of occurrence of the event:2024/11/02 2.Company name:Far Eastern New Century Corporation 3.Relationship to the Company (please enter ”head office” or ”subsidiaries”):The Company 4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:N/A 5.Cause of occurrence: A malfunction in the exhaust extraction system caused a fire. 6.Countermeasures: At 9:40 a.m., a fire occurred at the Company’s Xinpu plant. The local fire department was promptly notified, and all personnel were safely evacuated. The fire was quickly contained and extinguished, with no injuries reported.
